Relaxing Massage

Remedial / Deep Tissue Massage
A deep massage which reduces muscular tension, relieves pain, improves circulation and promotes healing. Restores mobility and aids recovery from injury.
Pregnancy Massage (From 12 wks onwards)
A relaxing massage which helps stimulate circulation and maintain joint flexibility. Reduces many of the common physical discomforts associated with pregnancy: backaches, leg cramps, constipation, swelling, fatigue etc.
Indian Head Massage
A tension and stress relief massage to the neck, shoulders and head which is very relaxing and leaves you 'floating' in peace and tranquillity.
Appointments
All massage treatments are varied to suit the individual from ½hr - 1½hrs. You decide the time you want and choose - legs, back, shoulders, neck, head etc .. or try a 1½r full body massage - you'll float away!
